1. Mr. John Bosco Tumwebaze, CP, Regional Prisons Commander Kampala Extra Region is transferred to Prisons Headquarters and appointed CP, Prisons Health Services.
2. Ms. Juliet Nantale, ACP, Regional Prisons Commander Central Region is transferred to Prisons Headquarters as ACP Welfare and Rehabilitation. She takes over from Mr. Rogers Nsubuga, ACWR who is retired from the Service.
3. Mr. GusterKizza, SSP, Regional Prisons Commander East Central Region is transferred to Central Region as Regional Prisons Commander.
4. Mr. Jacob Kivumbi, SSP, Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison M/Bay is transferred to Mid-Western Region as Regional Prisons Commander. He takes over from Mr. Henry Natwaluma, SSP who is transferred to East Central Region as Regional Prisons Commander.
5. Ms. Stella Nabunya, SSP, Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Kampala Remand is appointed Regional Prisons Commander, Kampala Extra Region.
6. Mr. Onesmus Bitaliwo, SP, from accumulated leave is appointed Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Kitalya Min Max. He is to open the Station.
7. Mr. John Bukenya, SP, Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Kaweeri proceeds on accumulated leave pending retirement. He hands over the station to Mr. Philip Ikwara, P.O.I of U.G. Prison Kisoro, who is appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Kaweeri.
8. Mr. Christopher Opiyo, ASP, Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Bukedea is transferred to U.G. Prison Patongo as Officer in Charge. He takes over from Mr. SelestinoOpio, SP, who proceeds on accumulated leave.
9. Mr. Joseph Ocom, ASP, Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Jinja Main is transferred to U.G. Prison Farm Tororo as Officer in Charge. He takes over from Mr. Joseph Otai, SP, who proceeds on accumulated leave.
10. Mr. Francis Byaruhanga, ASP, from Course at NALI is transferred to U.G. Prison Farm Ragem for duty.
11. Mr. Fedinard Baker, ASP, from forced leave is appointed Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Farm Kisoko. He takes over from Mr. Samson Musana, P.O.I who proceeds on accumulated leave.
12. Mr. Yunus Kaima, ASP, U.G. Prison Nakasongola is transferred to U.G. Prison Kisoro as Officer in Charge.
13. Mr. Moses Ben Kuboi, ASP, U.G. Prison Kampala Remand is appointed Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Jinja Main.
14. Mr. Pascal Kyesimira, ASP, Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Kiruhura is appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Kampala Remand. He hands over the station to Mr. Hamid H. Ayikomundu, ASP, of U.G. Prison Upper who is now appointed Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Kiruhura.
15. Mr. Noah Mayanja Mukaga, ASP, U.G. Prison Jinja Main is transferred to U.G. Prison Nakasongola for duty.
16. Mr. Alexander Mwesigye, ASP, of U.G. Prison Farm Ibuga is appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Masafu. He takes over the station from Mr. DeogratiusMukhonde, ASP, who proceeds on accumulated leave.
17. Mr. Dephas Kahima Nabaasa, ASP, of PPU Prisons Headquarters is transferred to the Department of ICT at Prisons Headquarters. He retains the portfolio of Prisons Intelligence.
18. Mr. Gerald Geeri, ASP, U.G. Prison Budaka, proceeds on accumulated leave pending retirement. He hands over the station to Mr. Alfred Osaga, P.O.II of U.G. Prison Oyam, who is now appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Budaka.
19. Mr. Daniel S. Ssekijjo, ASP, of U.G. Prison Rukungiri is appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison M/Bay. He hands over the station to Ms. Brenda Namuli, ASP, who is appointed Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Rukungiri.
20. Mr. Thomas Aldo Ochero, ASP, of U.G. Prison Upper is appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Mityana. He takes over from Mr. John Ssenjobe, P.O.I.
21. Ms. Roseline Jane Akitui, P.O.I from accumulated leave is appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Bukedea.
22. Ms. Margaret Jean Amori, P.O.I Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Lira Women proceeds on accumulated leave with immediate effect. She hands over the station to Ms. Babra Mbeiza, P.O.II of U.G. Prison Kigo Women who is now appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Lira Women.
23. Mr. John Ssenjobe, P.O.I after handing over U.G. Prison Mityana is transferred to U.G. Prison Mwera as Officer in Charge. He takes over from Mr. Peter Lwanga, P.O.I who proceeds on accumulated leave.
24. Mr. Felix Okwang, P.O.I from leave is appointed Staff Officer Mid Northern Region.
25. Mr. Josephat Ojambo, P.O.I of U.G. Prison Masafu proceeds on accumulated leave.
26. Mr. Sunday Charles Maganda, P.O.I of U.G. Prison Bufulubi proceeds on accumulated leave pending retirement.
27. Mr. Grace Mpoya, P.O.II of U.G. Prison Kaweeri is appointed Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Butaleja. He takes over from Mr. Beeri Rwomushana, P.O.II who proceeds on accumulated leave.
28. Ms. Eunice Angwena Lapa, P.O.II of U.G. Prison Ntungamo is transferred to U.G. Prison Nakasongola for duty with immediate effect.
All leave must strictly be taken outside the Institutions.
The Director of Administration to facilitate execution of these orders without delay.
