The NRM Secretariat has finalised all the necessary preparations for the nomination of our Presidential Flag bearer H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni this Monday at Kyambogo.
While addressing the Media at the Party headquarters this Sunday, the Secretary General Rt. Hon. Justine Kasule Lumumba said she will officially present the Party’s Candidate to the independent EC at exactly 10am. Both the Secretary General and H.E the President are expected to travel in a yellow bus – an official symbol for NRM.
There will be no processions and the public is hereby urged to abide by the EC and the Security guidelines attached to this exercise. Our members are however reminded to don yellow colours from their respective stations and follow the event live on all major media Houses.
*MANIFESTO LAUNCH*
After being nominated, our Presidential Flag bearer will launch the Party’s 2021-2026 Manifesto at Speke Resort Hotel Munyonyo starting 12 noon.
The Secretary General has however apologised to the members that due to Covid-19 pandemic, only a few selected members have been invited to attend. These will include the CEC members; Ministers, the Manifesto Committee and the Secretariat top management among others.
During the launch, the Secretary General will highlight the party’s achievements for the last 5years, the unaccomplished works and the future programs.

The Rt. Hon. Secretary General has also commissioned the Party’s Call Centre with two toll free lines – *0800 337 337* & *0800 277 007* SG Lumumba has called on the public to put these toll free lines to proper use and urged the staff deployed to attend to the callers with maximum respect.
