President Museveni Overjoyed by DRC’s Historic Decision to Join East African Community

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni was beaming with happiness and appreciation as he received a special message from President Felix Tshisekedi of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) at State House Entebbe.
The message, delivered by Her Excellency Therese Kayikwamba Wagner, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Francophonie, and His Excellency Alexis Gisaro Muvunyi, DRC’s Senior Minister of Infrastructure and Public Works, marked a significant milestone in regional cooperation.
