PDM Loan Repayment Phase Begins: Government Moves to Safeguard Uganda’s Poverty-Fighting Revolution

AS SOON AS the International Monetary Fund (IMF) released a COVID 19 loan of $1.5 billion to Kenya amid concerns of “embezzlement” of the funds, President Uhuru Kenyatta whose nation is the second highest in pandemic cases, announced to close border with Tanzania, amid COVID 19 thanksgiving prayers and a return to normalcy for schools and sports next week due to decreased cases of the pandemic in Tanzania.

“My President Kenyatta and WHO always need to climb a tree to see what the Tanzanian Scientist leader, John Magufuli sees on his chair (sitting down),” wrote a Kenyan blogger after Magufuli’s speech on status of the pandemic in Tanzania today [17 May, 2020].

With 830 cases and 50 COVID deaths, Kenya which locked down on WHO conditions, becomes the second most affected East African nation after DRC. Tanzania has thus far registered only 509 cases with 21 COVID deaths and did not lock down.

The Spectrum was Different for Tanzania

The three East African nations of Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda, which locked down and also went on a COVID 19 response borrowing spree, did not see on the same spectrum as Tanzania because the pandemic will hang on for a long time.

Uganda signed $540.2 million and Rwanda $223.65 million from the IMF. The Bretton Woods Institution has raised concerns on Kenya, demanding the country to be transparent in the spending of the “hunk.”

The civil society in Uganda also demanded transparency in the spending of COVID 19 loans to avoid overburdening the country’s taxpayers with corruption-fueled debts, The East African reported.

Instead of issuing new unbearable loans, the Tanzanian leader, Dr. Magufuli, had called on a consideration of restructuring debt repayment for relief. He was supported by a few African and European leaders as the wisest option in the face of a global health crisis.

What Magufuli Says WHO Confirms Days Later

On 22 April, 2020, Dr. Magufuli said spraying the streets and bus terminals will not kill Corona. At least 25 days later, WHO confirms that spraying disinfectants and other no-touch methods on streets is not effective to kill corona virus.

On 15th May, 2020, WHO issued the new Guidelines titled: Cleaning and disinfection of environmental surfaces in the context of COVID-19, Interim guidance.

On the other hand, the New York Mayor, Andrew Cuomo, confirmed that most of the people who contracted the virus, had stayed at home.

This revelation confirms a study done in the US which revealed that a person’s immunity drops by 30% when locked down for a month.

Dr. Magufuli did not opt for lock down as demanded by WHOand its associates. Other countries blamed the Tanzanian leader for refusing to lock down to the extent of threatening to close their borders, unfortunately some did.

He also suspected the efficacy of COVID 19 test kits, reagents or staffing, days later, a US analyst Alex Jones, confirmed that the American CDC, WHO and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation had issues, particularly in inflating results of Corona virus tests.

Magufuli Admits his Own Child Tested positive for COVID 19

The Tanzanian leader admitted that his own child was infested by COVID 19 and completely healed on lemon and ginger.

He further said, “this pandemic will go like others. He further said, “I did not lockdown because our landlocked neighbors will find it hard to esessential needs during the pandemic.”

Tanzania borders eight countries of Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, DRC, Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique. Tanzania is a food basket for most of her neighbors such as Kenya, Burundi, DRC and Rwanda, particularly for the staples, notably cereals.

Dr. Magufuli asked his country men and women to redouble their efforts in working hard in farms and in industries to produce and process more food crops as the impact of COVID 19 “lockdown” in countries which opted the impasse, cannot be evident now but will be felt in a couple of months.

*Magufuli Calls for 3 Days of National “Thanksgiving”Prayers for COVID 19*

“I trust God. Our God is faithful, He has answered our ardent prayers, we sincerely give thanks to the Lord God for listening to our humble prayers in time of distress and now we need to continue taking precaution,” President Magufuli said in anemotional speech at a Church Service on Sunday, 17 May, 2020.

He called on the Tanzanians to set aside three worship days of Friday, Saturday and Sunday for thanksgiving for what the Lord hath done by listening to their prayers and healed their land.

The pandemic cases continue to decrease and Magufuli became the only President in the world to sniff a rat on handling the testing process and having spent his previous years in labs, heexposed data cheating on COVID test results.

Conspiracy Revealed

In the USA, analysts like Alex Jones of InfoWars.com, confirms that President Donald Trump is finally awakened to the reality that COVID 19 test results are purely political and were inflated.

He claims on a recorded clip that the American CDC and WHO, controlling the American NIH coronavirus handling, were attempting to engage in economic warfare, to keep the United States lockdown through the Tuesday, November 3, 2020 elections.

He says Trump’s challengers, the Democrats, believe a bad economy will be instrumental in making Donald Trump lose this year’s elections.
